We allow you to select the subscription package that best suits your need - build your own stack for a monthly / annual fee.
Aside from an admin fee, the programmes are free, but we take a percentage of your future income if you "graduate" and continue as managed talent. Otherwise we charge a programme fee.
Yes, each creator is properly vetted before being accepted onto our programmes. This is for practical, health and safety reasons, as well as ensuring cultural fit for our programmes.
We stack together a set of modules that allow you to learn how to self-manage for a set fee. This in no way ties yourself to Compere as managed talent and can be taken independently.
If you no longer want to continue a subscription, education offering or programme, then do get in touch and we will cancel your involvement promptly.
We want our support package to be holistic and comprehensive - covering creator safeguarding, mental health & wellbeing and many others.
Yes. Our intention is to directly support creators in the long-term, with a stipend and / or direct investment.

Yes. We kindly request that you inform us with at least a month's window if you decide to no longer partner with us. We are also open to other collaborations outside of a formal partnership.
